Smooth in texture, with a rich a nutty finish; this foi is the perfect topper to any meal when seared in a hot pan. We personally like to top a burger with a 2oz portion or sear and present as an appetizer with a crostini. 

We love to pair with a raspberry jam and cross hatch the foie to get that awesome presentation. We recommend searing for 30 seconds a side. 

This product is frozen and should be seared from frozen.
