Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Tomahawk Bone-in Pork Roast is to roast it! Set your oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit for the first 15 minutes then lower to 325 degrees fahrenheit for the remainder of the time. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Tomahawk Bone-in Pork Roast should be roasted in the oven at 450 degrees fahrenheit for the first 15 minutes and then lowered to 325 degrees fahrenheit until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees fahrenheit.
