Second City Prime Meat & Seafood Co. ™ (formerly, Chicago Prime Meat & Seafood Co.) is dedicated to delivering high-quality beef, chicken, pork, and seafood products that are generally available only to 5-star restaurants.

For nearly a decade, we have helped Chicago area home cooks and restaurant chefs access the best the Midwest has to offer, including USDA Prime & Choice beef, Angus and Kobe cuts, premium pork chops, lamb, and roasts, Grade A poultry, and the freshest and highest quality fish and seafood.

Chris Maloyan, Owner & Founder

Second City Prime Steak & Seafood Co. ™ founder and partner Chris Maloyan was born into the Chicago restaurant business. Chris grew up in the Rogers Park neighborhood and spent much of his childhood in the kitchen of his family's mideastern restaurant, Marianne's Kitchen, where he learned the important difference that premium ingredients make in the quality of finished dishes.

Today, Chris is dedicated to securing the best meat, poultry, and seafood products—at reasonable prices—for home cooks and professional chefs alike. When not delivering to customers throughout the Chicago and Northwest Indiana region, he is researching new high-quality producers and products.
