The magic started right here folks. 12 years ago Chris had a dream to make chef favored cuts of the best beef, poultry, pork + seafood to offices and homes throughout the Chicagoland area. Well, 12 years later this dream is a reality.

Fun fact: Chris can transform instant ramen into a gourmet feast. Don’t believe him? Ask the kids on his childhood block. They were well fed.

Susie is the other amazing half of the guy above. She hustles at SCP to make our seasoning and marinade available at all the retail stores possible. Currently, she’s killing it and made the Rub and Umami Marinade available at ALL JEWEL OSCOS, Sunset Foods, The Grand Food Center and many more!

Fun fact: While seeking out Brazil’s culinary scene, she met the other love of her life, Killer (don’t worry, he’s a 5lb Yorkshire Terrier).

Vince comes from a family of butchers. When he’s not organizing our day to day, he’s working on building as much biz as humanly possible.

Fun fact: Vince can make mean pasta dough from scratch and it’s the best!

Chef Jamie started as a dishwasher at 14, and worked her way up the culinary ladder. She handles all of our menus and recipe development. She’s also the gal shooting culinary videos and giving out chef hacks on our Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat page. IG:@secondcityprime Snapchat:primemeatsweats
