Preferred Cooking Method: The preferred cooking method for the A5 Tomahawk Ribeye Wagyu is to cook in the oven! Make sure your meat is cooled down to room temperature and your oven is set to 400 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The A5 Tomahawk Ribeye Wagyu should be cooked in a cast iron skillet at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130-135 degrees fahrenheit. Let the steak rest for at least 10 minutes before digging in!
