Preferred Cooking Method: The preferred cooking method for the A5 NY Strip is to sear it! Make sure to set your pan over high heat and drop some oil in! To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The A5 Wagyu NY Strip should be seared for about 1 minute on each side. Allow the steaks to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving!
