Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Boneless Pork Chop is to pan-sear it on medium-high heat. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Boneless Pork Chops should be pan seared on medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees fahrenheit.
