Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Wagyu Tri-Tip is to grill it! The optimal grill temperature should be 400 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Wagyu Tri-Tip should be grilled for around 12 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130 degrees fahrenheit. Be sure to not over cook the meat!
