Set your oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure to season with "The Rub" to bring out the naturally rich flavors of this premium Wagyu steak!

Preferred Cooking Time: The Australian Wagyu Grass-Fed NY Striploin is best served seared and roasted. First, sear on high heat for 2 minutes on each side before placing it in the oven for approximately 5-8 minutes, or until your desired internal temperature is reached. We recommend using a meat thermometer to ensure your steak is cooked to perfection!
