Preferred Cooking Method: The preferred cooking method for the Niman Angus Grass Fed Filet Mignon is to reverse sear it! Set your oven temperature to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Also, don't forget to season with "The Rub" for some deliciously added flavor! Place your filet on a raised rack in the oven until you reach your desired doneness. We recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: Cook the Filet Mignon in the oven until it reaches an internal temperature of approximately 120-125 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare. Let the meat rest for 7-10 minutes, then sear over medium-high to high heat for approximately 1 minute on each side to develop a beautiful crust.
