You get the same tender, rich grass-fed Angus beef in a more versatile cut that's perfect for steak bites, kabobs, stir-fry, pasta, sandwiches, or simply seared and sliced!

Preferred Cooking Method: The preferred cooking method for our Niman Angus Grass Fed Tenderloin Tails is a quick sear over medium-high to high heat! Cut the tenderloin tails into evenly sized pieces and don't forget to season with "The Rub" for some deliciously added flavor! Sear in a hot cast iron skillet, turning as needed, until the pieces develop a beautiful crust and reach your desired doneness.

Preferred Cooking Time: For medium-rare, cook until the thickest pieces reach an internal temperature of approximately 130 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooking time will vary depending on how the tenderloin tails are portioned. Let the meat rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
