Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Tenderloin Tails is...grilling! The optimal grill temperature should be 400 degrees fahrenheit.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Tenderloin Tails should be grilled for about 4 -5 minutes or reach an internal temperature of 130 degrees fahrenheit. Let the meat rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
