Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Berkshire Pork Belly is to slow roast it! We recommend setting your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Berkshire Pork Belly should be roasted for 2-2 1/2 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit.
