Fully cooked and ready to eat is our Duck Rillettes from Hudson Valley. An unbelievable amount of savory flavor that really presents perfectly over a crostini and topped with a cornichon. We actually eat this plain with a spoon it's so good. With a thin layer of duck fat that tops the shredded duck confit you're mouth will literally water as the duck fat dissolves.
Ingredients: Duck Meat, rendered duck fat, duck stock (water, duck meat, onion, carrots, celery, salt, black pepper, spices), garlic, salt, sugar, black pepper, spices, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate.
