A5 Japanese Wagyu
Authentic A5 from Miyazaki, Kagoshima, and Hokkaido prefectures. BMS 10–12, full carcass traceability. The highest grade Japanese Wagyu can earn — a fundamentally different eating experience than domestic Wagyu or Prime beef.
American Wagyu
Wagyu-crossed cattle raised on American ranches. BMS 6–9. More marbling than Prime, more accessible price than A5 — the right choice for everyday Wagyu cooking and surf-and-turf dinners.
Cold-Water Lobster Tails
Maine wild-caught and South African cold-water tails. Sweeter and denser than warm-water lobster. Available in 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz, and jumbo sizes.
Dry-Pack Diver Scallops

Iberico de Bellota
Acorn-finished pata negra from Salamanca and Extremadura. Secreto, presa, pluma, and whole legs of jamon. The pork equivalent of A5 Wagyu.

Do you deliver to Your Door?
Yes. We deliver to Your Door and surrounding areas including Chicago, the North Shore, and Chicagoland suburbs. Orders placed before 2 pm CT ship overnight and arrive next business day. Same-day delivery may be available for local addresses — contact us to confirm.
How is the meat shipped?
All orders ship in insulated coolers with food-grade dry ice via overnight courier. Orders arrive still frozen. We use the same cold-chain packaging that premium restaurant distributors use.
What is the minimum order?
There is no order minimum for most items. Surf-and-turf bundles, gift boxes, and single cuts all ship without a minimum. Check the product page for current availability.
What is the difference between USDA Prime and Choice?
USDA Prime represents the top 2–3% of all graded beef by marbling. Choice, the next grade down, has significantly less intramuscular fat and produces a noticeably less tender, less flavorful steak. Most supermarkets sell Choice labeled as "premium" — Prime is genuinely different.
Is A5 Wagyu really worth it?
For the right occasion, yes. A5 Wagyu has BMS 10–12 marbling — so rich that 3–4 oz per person is a full portion. It's a completely different eating experience than Prime beef. Many customers use A5 for special occasions and American Wagyu or Prime for everyday cooking.
