Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the South African Lobster Tail is to grill the lobster with the meat side down on a pre-heated grill until the meat turns pink and opaque. Flip them over and repeat the process on the other side.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Lobster Tails just need to grill for about 8-10 minutes on the meat side then another 3-5 minutes on the shell side.
