Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the South African Lobster Tail is to grill the lobster with the meat cut out of the tail and laid over the shell. 

Preferred Cooking Time: The Lobster Tails just need to grill for about 6-8 minutes on depending on the size of the tail, typically 1 minute per ounce on a grill thats 400 degrees. .
