Rain Crow Ranch, located in the rolling hills of the Southern Ozarks, has successfully combined science with the artisan way of raising authentic, sustainable, flavorful grass-fed/finished beef that has been long since abandoned by the industrial beef industry.

We don't typically carry grassfed product but at the request of a client who has tried it all - we agree that this product carries incredible flavor and consistency throughout - so we brought it on board.

Cut: Rib Section

Preferred Cooking Time: This Grass fed bone in ribeye should be placed in the oven at 200 degrees fahrenheit for around 40 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130 degrees fahrenheit. Then it should be seared in a cast-iron pan skillet on high heat for about 1 minute on each side.
