Cut: The Loin
Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Wagyu Beef Tenderloin is to roast it in the oven! The oven should be preheated to 275 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Wagyu Beef Tenderloin should be roasted in the oven until the internal temperature hits at least 120 degrees fahrenheit. Once done, move pan up to the top rack of the oven and turn on broiler for about 1 minute a side. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing into it.
Wine Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon
