Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Caribbean Red Snapper Fillets is to either broil them skin side down, or on a hot grill skin side up first then flipped them.

Preferred Cooking Time: Broil the Snapper Fillets for 4 minutes untouched skin side down, or on a hot grill for 2 minutes skin side up then flipped for another 2-3 minutes.
