Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Norwegian Salmon Fillets is to reverse-sear in the oven then sear on a cast iron over high-heat for 1 minute a side.

Preferred Cooking Time: Place marinated/seasoned salmon filet on a raised rack in the oven until your internal temperature reaches 120-125 degrees. Then get an oiled cast iron or stainless steel searing pan and sear for up to 1 minute a side. (Be sure pan is hot)
