Known as the butcher's cut, the hanger steak resembles that of a skirt steak but carries a much richer taste. With a loose grain throughout, these steaks are perfect for marinating or basting as flavors embed the meat. Feel free to use our Umami marinade, 'The Rub' or baste with a homemade chimichurri. As for cooking - it's simple - get your grill to 350-400 degrees and sear for 2-3 minutes a side for medium/medium rare.
