Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for Wagyu Hanger Steak is... grilling! The optimal grill temperature is 400 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Wagyu Hanger Steak needs to be grilled on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side for the perfect medium rare finish or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees fahrenheit.
