Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Crown Lamb Roast is to reverse sear it! Set your oven to 225 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Crown Lamb Roast should be cooked in the oven at 225 degrees fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 125 degrees fahrenheit. Then, place meat in skillet on medium-high heat and sear for 2-3 minutes. Lastly, let the lamb rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
