The Kagoshima (10oz) NY Strip...The perfect A5 Strip that caters the rich beefy flavors you need. Depending on your appetite we recommend 1 per person but this could easily feed 2 when cooked medium rare and sliced to serve.

Preferred Cooking Method: The preferred cooking method for the A5 Kagoshima NY Strip is to sear it! Make sure to set your pan over high heat and drop some oil in! To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The A5 Kagoshima Wagyu NY Strip should be seared for about 1 minute on each side. Allow the steaks to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving! Please don't forget to bring to room temperature before cooking.
