Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for Ground Lamb is grilling- perfect for some tasty lamb burgers! The optimal grill temperature is 350-450 degrees fahrenheit.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Ground Lamb should be grilled for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees fahrenheit.
