Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Iberico Pork Tenderloin is to grill it! Set your grill temperature to 400 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Iberico Pork Tenderloin should be grilled for 15-20 minutes so that it develops a crispy outside and a light pink inside. Make sure your meat reaches an internal temperature of 140-145 degrees fahrenheit.
