All roasts will be cut and shipped fresh or if we have enough time to freeze - we will. Product will ship in an insulated shipping container.

Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Prime Tomahawk Ribeye Roast is to roast it in the oven! The oven should be preheated to 275 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Prime Beef Ribeye Roast should be roasted in the oven until the internal temperature hits at least 120 degrees fahrenheit. Turn on the grill and sear it for a few minutes a side. Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing into it.
