All that is left to do is to grab your choice of cocktail sauce and/or prepared horseradish - squeeze a little lemon and your appetizer course is complete!

Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Cocktail Shrimp is to simply defrost them and serve with your choice of cocktail sauce. Now, if you're looking for something different to do with them we suggest poaching them gently.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Cocktail Shrimp should be poached in boiled salt water that has been taken off the direct heat for 4-5 minutes. Once done, fill a bowl with ice water and let them cool down completely before enjoying!
