Our Caribbean Red Snapper Fillet is one of the simplest fish to cook. All it takes is a few minutes on the grill. Just add your sauce of choice on top and voila, you have an extremely tasty snapper fillet! Feel free to eat the skin if you desire.

Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Caribbean Red Snapper Fillets is to either broil them skin side down, or on a hot grill skin side up first then flipped them.

Preferred Cooking Time: Broil the Snapper Fillets for 4 minutes untouched skin side down, or on a hot grill for 2 minutes skin side up then flipped for another 2-3 minutes.
