Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Norwegian Salmon Fillets is to reverse-sear it in a hot cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for about 6 minutes skin-side down, and then an additional 2 minutes on the other side. This method allows you to achieve a tender and flaky piece of salmon, cooked perfectly with super-crispy skin.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Salmon Fillets should be pan-seared in a hot cast iron skillet over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes untouched skin-side down, and then an additional 2 minutes flipped on the other side.
