All Second City Prime Steak & Seafood Company products come individually vacuum sealed and frozen - guaranteed in your freezer for 6-12 months.
Cut: The wing
Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Amish Chicken Wings is to make them in an air fryer! Air frying is a new way of cooking food without the use of oils. Set your air fryer to 360 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Amish Chicken Wings should be cooked in the air fryer for 12 minutes on each side. Then you're going to flip the wings once more and increase the temperature to 390 degrees for 6 more minutes or until you reach your desired doneness.
Beer Pairing: Indian Pale Ale
