From the same source as our lamb porterhouse chops and double bone lamb chops, we've got a domestically raised Ground Lamb that is sure to impress. This makes for an unbelievable lamb burger especially when paired with some feta. With no artificial ingredients or fillers this lamb is worth a try!

Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for Ground Lamb is grilling- perfect for some tasty lamb burgers! The optimal grill temperature is 350-450 degrees fahrenheit.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Ground Lamb should be grilled for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees fahrenheit.
