Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for Ground Turkey is either grilling or searing! Both are great ways of cooking this lean meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Ground Turkey should be placed on a pan on medium- high heat for 14-16 minutes. If you are choosing to grill turkey burgers then we suggest grilling them for 10-12 minutes.
