Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Boneless Chicken Breast is to pan-sear it in an oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Transfer the pan to the oven at 375 degrees until the chicken is cooked through properly. This method allows the chicken to still be juicy and tender. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Boneless Chicken Breast should be pan-seared in an oven-safe pan over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the pan to a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees and cook for about 15 minutes.
