Reverse sear these bad boys: Place on a rack, in the oven at 225 degrees until your internal temperature hits between 140-145 degrees - let 'em rest for 10 minutes then sear on a hot pan or grill for 1 minute a side.

Marinate before cooking and/or baste during your sear with our Umami Glaze.

Each pork chop is individually cryo-sealed airtight and will arrive frozen or partially frozen.
