  The Brick Chicken has became a best-seller when it comes to Second City Prime's poultry. You'll get half a chicken de-boned. The great thing is that you'll actually be able to use a brick (wrapped in foil of course) to press down your chicken flat to get a nice even cook. The brick chicken is delicious when marinated with our Umami Marinade.

Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Brick Chicken is to grill it! The optimal grill temperature is 350 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Brick Chicken should be grilled for 25-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit.
