Perfect for baking or pan searing, this Norwegian salmon filet is skin-off and when cooked to perfection, can be cut with a fork. Try reverse searing with a hot cast iron skillet to achieve a nice hard blackened crust. Pairs well with our Umami marinade. Feel free to marinate for a couple hours or use as a glaze when searing.
