For those who prefer a more mild salmon that doesn't carry the same buttery flavor as the Norwegian Salmon, this wild-caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is perfect! This fillet is thinner then the Norwegian and cooks up a lot faster so be sure to keep a close eye on the internal temperature. These fillets carry a darkish orange/red hue that embodies quality and flavor.
