Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the beautifully marbled Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye is... slow roasting! The optimal oven temperature is 250 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye needs to be seared for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then you will need to place it in a roasting pan in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
