Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the delectable 6oz Wagyu Steak Burgers is... grilling. The optimal grill temperature is 450 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The 6oz Wagyu Steak Burgers should be grilled for 2-3 minutes on each side, 5 minutes for medium, and 6-7 minutes for well done. The meat should reach an internal temperature of at least 135 degrees fahrenheit.
