Preferred Cooking Method: For best results, reverse sear in the oven at 275°F until desired internal temp is reached, then finish with a high-heat sear for a crisp crust. Let rest before carving against the grain.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye needs to be seared for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then you will need to place it in a roasting pan in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
