Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Wagyu Flank Steak is to grill it! The optimal grill temperature is 400 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Wagyu Flank Steak should be grilled for an approximate time of 10 minutes with an internal temperature of 135 degrees fahrenheit. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing to preserve all the juices.
