Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the multifaceted Ground Wagyu Beef is to grill, sear, or broil. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Ground Wagyu Beef can be cooked a variety of ways therefore the cooking times may vary. We suggest seasoning it with 'The Rub' for some added flavor.
