This beautiful Frenched Rack of Lamb comes right from the fresh farms of Australia. Each lamb rack is fit to feed 3-4 people or portioned out as appetizers for multiple guests. Feel free to trim off the top layer of fat for a more even cook on the grill or in the oven. Bon appétit!
