The oven should be set to 225 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Berkshire Frenched Double-Boned Pork Chop should be put in the oven at 225 degrees until it reaches an internal temperature of 140-145 degrees fahrenehit. Let it rest for 10 minutes before searing on a pan or grill for 1 minute on each side.
