Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Boneless Pork Roast is to roast it! Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit for the first 15 minutes, then lower to 375 degrees fahrenheit for the remainder of the time. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Boneless Pork Roast should be roasted for 15 minutes in the oven (425 degrees), then lowered to 375 degrees fahrenheit for 75 more minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees fahrenheit.
